Spencer Holmes can provide earthworks methodology reports for excavations to satisfy Wellington City councils requirements.

Spencer Holmes has the ability to design civil works from large scale industrial parks to small residential subdivisions. These subdivisions usually are run in conjunction with services & drainage.

As civil engineering has a very global approach, we also have the capabilities to provide design, working and as-built drawings for all services and drainage in our civil projects.

Council Public Parks

We also have been involved in the development of some of Wellington city council public parks, such as Courtney Place, Waitangi and Glover Park. They provide great public spaces and Spencer Holmes are proud to have developed these projects.
