Infrastructure Development

Spencer Holmes planners have experience in the planning processes involved in infrastructure development including hospital development, tourism ventures, roading projects, bridges, landfills and quarries. Our experience includes participating in the project development team to undertake consultation, to make recommendations to the designers to making application for all necessary City Council and Regional Council consents.

We are also very experienced in preparing submissions to hearings and the newly established Boards of Enquiry on behalf of organizations and individuals affected by new infrastructure development.
