We have experience in a range of projects where existing residential sites can be excavated; reworked or new additional structures can be designed to create private secure parking. These can create addition value to properties as demand for parking increases.

With some small-scale garage project we are able to undertake the architectural components to simplify the design process.

Wellington City Council have imposed new guidelines to vehicle barriers. Spencer Holmes have been innovative in deigning a new barrier system to meet these new requirements while still keeping the costs at a minimum.
