We have experience in a range of projects where existing residential sites can be excavated; reworked or new additional structures can be designed to create private secure parking. These can create additional value to properties as demand for parking increases.

With some small-scale garage projects we are able to undertake the architectural components to simplify the design process.

Wellington City Council have imposed new guidelines to vehicle barriers. Spencer Holmes have been innovative in designing a new barrier system to meet these new requirements while still keeping the costs at a minimum.
