About Spencer Holmes

Spencer Holmes Limited is a company of professional civil and structural engineers, registered surveyors and planners. A broad range of professional services are provided within the traditional aspects of these disciplines, in addition to services in a number of other diverse areas.

We have a staff of 32 people, comprising 11 professional engineers and project co-ordinators, 7 professional surveyors, 2 planners, 9 technical support staff and 4 office support staff.

High standards are set in the presentation of our documentation. This is particularly the case for drawings, which are produced by top CAD draughtsmen on Autocad and Civilcad software.

We have a very broad client base in terms of both sector (large corporates, government departments, regional and local authorities, development companies) and project scale (multi-storey construction, retail developments, national portfolios, domestic construction).
