This building has been designed and fully documented in Revit draughting software. Spencer Holmes Limited worked in a design
team including the Architect, Services Engineer, Geotechnical Engineer, Acoustics Engineer, and Fire Engineer. The Revit software requires good communication between all parties, and the high level of technical ability of our staff enabled this design to proceed on time to meet the Client’s requirements.

The building has also been designed to a Greenstar standard of 5 stars. We have been fully involved with the team to maximise the Greenstar points, requiring a number or design options to fully optimise the building design both environmentally and economically.
