Spencer Holmes Limited has vast experience with Seismic assessments of a range of buildings in Wellington and throughout New Zealand. Engineers from Spencer Holmes Limited have carried out hundreds of Rapid Assessments of buildings post-earthquake following the Gisborne, Christchurch, Seddon and Kaikoura Earthquakes. In addition we undertake Initial Seismic Assessments and Detailed Seismic Assessments of buildings for clients with relation to insurance, tenancy agreements and earthquake prone building status. Following on from assessments Spencer Holmes Limited provides a range of building strengthening advice and options to work with the existing structural system and architectural requirements.
We have vast experience with the Wellington City Council EQP building process and with our long history in Wellington, have intimate knowledge of most buildings.
