Boulcott Village

A central city townhouse development with an eight storey apartment building,and a two level carpark structure forming the foundation for half of the 30 timber framed townhouses, approx contract value $14M.

Spencer Holmes Limited provided the structural and civil engineering services for the development.The tower building was designed in concrete frame and shear wall construction,and the development was built in a confined area with only limited access.

This required innovative design solutions for cranage,and the construction materials.The property boundaries also required large retaining walls, and the drainage design through the development was complex so as to achieve simple gravity drainage for the development.
