Boundary and Redefinition Surveys

We accurately define legal property boundaries. We can find or define the boundaries to any land title irrespective of the age of the underlying surveys.  Marks can be placed along the line of any boundary or offset to any boundary line as required.

We prepare detailed plans for our boundary and redefinition surveys. Offset distances can be provided from buildings and occupation (walls/fences, etc) to the boundary line.

Redefinition is particularly valuable where there is any element of doubt or as a pre-requisite to any building work near the boundary. Note that the reinstatement of boundary pegs may trigger a legal requirement to lodge a survey dataset with Land Information New Zealand (LINZ).
